RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Kairox Clothing purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions for Return

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging.
• Sale items or items purchased during a promotional period may be subject to different return conditions.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at returns@kairoxclothing.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original method of payment or via bank transfer for COD orders.
